Swedish Massage

In this traditional form of western massage, light to medium pressure helps relieve stress, reduce pain, and promote relaxation. This relaxing and gentle massage is one of our most popular.
Sports Massage

Neuromuscular Therapy

NMT is a deep therapeutic massage that focuses on specific muscle groups and removes toxins from the muscles and tissues resulting in reduced stress and increased circulation. Recommended for troubled areas of the body that are tight, sore, or stiff.
Hot Stone Massage

Hot stones penetrate warmth into tired and tense muscles resulting in a nuturing, grounding massage Basalt stones enhance this deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience.
Stress Relief
$90/1 hour, $145/1.5 hour, $185/2 hour
When you just want to relax and let go, our stress relief massage is great for saying, "ahhh." Focus areas include neck, shoulders, and where ever you hold your tightness with flowing, rhythmical and continuous light touch. Get ready for a great night's sleep!
Couples Massage
$180/1 hour (for both massages)
Bring your sweetheart, friend or family member with for a couples massage where partners experience massage together in the same area (but separate rooms) as one therapist works on each person.
Deep Tissue
$90/1 hour, $145/1.5 hour, $185/2 hour
Similar to Swedish massage, but the technique focuses on the deepest layer of muscles to target knots and release chronic muscle tension. Deep tissue alleviates pain by restoring range of motion as well as increasing blood and lymph circulation.
Integrated Massage

If you are looking for a variety of modalities to customize a session exactly to your needs, ask your massage therapist about an integrated massage.
Prenatal Massage

I've always been drawn to massage, as far back as I can remember. So it just seemed natural to go to massage school, and in 2001 I graduated from Mobile Institute of Soft Tissue Therapy (MISTT).
After graduation, I started Two Hands Massage Therapy with one of my classmates. After seven successful years, we went our separate ways and that is when I started Moonstone Massage.
I love what I do and am grateful for the relationships that have developed with my clients over the years. I feel a deep connection when in a massage and get as much out of giving a massage as my clients do receiving them. My massages tend to be a deep, therapeutic type but I also love losing myself in a Zen massage and find them to be equally beneficial.
At this time, I am not accepting new clients.
